We would love to show you around the space and discuss your vision with you! We host an Open House every Wednesday from 6-8pm, no appointment needed where you can stop by and tour our beautiful venue.

The Landmark is proud to offer several package options to suit every budget. We can also customize any of our packages to suit your needs with all taxes, service fees, and gratuities included in package prices.

We only host one event per day at The Landmark so you can be sure to have complete privacy on your special day. When you book at The Landmark you get full use of both our fabulous courtyards and indoor reception spaces. 


The Aldea Package

Our most popular / all inclusive package.

Priced for 100 guests, $55.00 per person over 100. Maximum capacity 200 guests. SEASONAL DISCOUNTS - Saturday dates in June, July and August are discounted by $800. (No hidden fees)

- 6 hour hosted event with event coordination, management, and security
- Up to 6 hours in Bridal Suite and 2 hours in Groom’s Suite before ceremony start time
- Ceremony, cocktail and reception set-up and tear-down​
- DJ/Emcee - 6 hours of playtime
- Photographer – 6 hours of coverage
- Catering & service staff - cocktail hour appetizer and drink station, buffet dinner; includes entrée, side, salad, bread, dinnerware, and stemware
- Florist - 1 Bridal Bouquet, 3 Bridesmaids’ Bouquets and 4 Boutonnieres
- Bakery - your choice of a 3 tier cake or dessert station with a cutting cake
- Officiate to perform ceremony
- Complete design package - tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, and more
-Complimentary soft beverage bar - sodas, mixers, cups, straws, and ice
